Chef Federico is very good...the pizzeria's oven is in the center of a beautiful little room... from where, whoever is fortunately sitting there, can see the talented pizza chef Nicole preparing her pizzas, which is a bit simplistic to call them that, because they are real works of art. art both to look at and to taste…. After a nice chat he explained to us that the raw materials are refined and first choice... from the flour to the ham to the mozzarella... all excellent quality ingredients...
